Payment Methods Overview
Content Rabbit accepts various payment methods to make billing convenient.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Debit Cards: Most major debit cards
- Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Bank Transfers: ACH (US only)
- Corporate Cards: Business/procurement cards
Adding a Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Payment Methods
- Select Add Payment Method
- Enter details and (optionally) set default
Updating Payment Information
- Settings → Billing → Payment Methods
- Click Edit next to the method
- Update and confirm
Automatic Card Updates
When supported by your bank, expired card details may update automatically.
Failed Payment Recovery
- We retry after 3 days
- You’ll receive an email
- After 3 failures, account may be suspended; update your method
Payment Security
- PCI compliant
- Encryption in transit and at rest
- Tokenization of card numbers
- We don’t store complete card numbers
International Payments
- Prices in USD
- Your bank may charge foreign transaction fees
- Exchange rates from your card issuer
Receipts and Invoices
Settings → Billing → Invoice History: download PDFs or enable emailed receipts.
Troubleshooting
- Declined card: call your bank
- Insufficient funds: top up
- Expired card: update details
- International block: notify bank
