General Billing Questions

When am I charged?

  • Monthly plans: every 30 days from signup
  • Annual plans: every 365 days from signup
  • Upgrades: prorated and charged immediately
  • Downgrades: applied at next billing cycle

What’s included in my plan?

  • Posts/month, social accounts, team members, advanced features

How does proration work?

We charge the difference immediately based on time remaining; your billing date stays the same.

Plan Changes

Can I upgrade immediately?

Yes — access new features right away; pay the prorated difference.

When do downgrades take effect?

At your next billing cycle.

Exceeding plan limits

  • Posts: prompt to upgrade or wait for next cycle
  • Accounts: can’t connect more
  • Team members: invitations blocked

Refunds and Cancellations

  • 30‑day guarantee for new customers
  • Annual plans: unused portion refundable in special cases
  • Technical issues: refunds for disruptions
  • No partial refunds for voluntary downgrades

Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. You’ll remain active until period end.

Payment Issues

  • Payment failed: check details, funds, update method — we retry in 3 days
  • Currency: USD only; bank handles conversion and any fees

Enterprise Billing

  • Custom invoicing (NET‑30), POs, annual contracts, volume discounts

Taxes

  • US: sales tax by billing address
  • EU: VAT included in prices
  • Others: local taxes may apply
