Tag Colors

Choose from 18 color options to visually organize your tags:

  • Red, Orange, Amber, Yellow, Lime
  • Green, Emerald, Teal, Cyan, Sky
  • Blue, Indigo, Violet, Purple, Fuchsia
  • Pink, Rose, Gray

Best Practices

  1. Use Consistent Naming: Keep tag names consistent across your social sets
  2. Color Coding: Use colors to represent categories (e.g., red for urgent, green for published)
  3. Limit Tags: Don't over-tag posts - 2-5 tags per post is usually sufficient
  4. Social Set Organization: Remember tags are social set specific - organize accordingly

Display

Tags appear on post cards throughout the interface:

  • Post Cards: Shows up to 2 tags with a "+N" indicator for additional tags
  • Hover Tooltip: Hover over "+N" to see all tag names
  • Color Coding: Tags display with their assigned colors for quick visual identification

Limitations

  • Tags are scoped to social sets (each social set has its own tags)
  • Maximum 2 tags displayed on post cards (additional shown as "+N")
  • Tag names must be unique within a social set

Troubleshooting

  • Check that you're viewing the correct social set
  • Verify the tag exists in the current social set

Can't create tag?

  • Ensure tag name is unique within the social set

  • Refresh the page if filters persist incorrectly
