Requirements
- Instagram Business or Creator account
- A Facebook Page that manages the Instagram account
- Admin or Editor role on the Page
Connect steps
- Settings → Accounts → Connect Instagram
- Log into Facebook and select the Page that manages your IG account
- Approve requested permissions (pages_show_list, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish, etc.)
- Back in Content Rabbit, select the Instagram account and click Connect
Troubleshooting
- Missing Business/Creator: switch in the Instagram app (Settings → Account)
- Not linked to Page: Instagram app → Account → Sharing to other apps → Facebook
- Permissions missing: Business Integrations in Facebook → Content Rabbit app → grant all items
